Can you actually wear a portable AC under your clothes?
In this video, I tested the TORRAS COOLiFY Move 3, a wearable cooling device that weighs about one pound and claims to cool your body like a personal air conditioner. I put it through a real-world summer test on an 85-degree day — including wearing it under a winter bubble jacket — to see if it could actually cool my core, back, stomach, and lower neck area.
