So, I've decided to steal some spoils of war from random guys in MGSV: TPP, when suddenly my gaze witnessed in a list of random FOB owners the very first one, the one, who held 2 nukes! I got surprised, because he had only 1 FOB, and it was level 40. Also, there were mid-ranged “E”-ranked guards…
