I'm staying alone on a Greek Island called Kythira for a month and in my first week here I've been busy finding places where I feel at peace and at home. Arriving here was such a pinch me moment because I've been envisioning a place and space like this for the past few months. Somewhere calm to call home for a while. Somewhere surrounded by nature and somewhere by the sea.
The introvert in me is screaming with excitement for this month of solo travel in Greece and I am looking forward to all the time and space for my mind to feel at ease. There are so many swims ahead, so many sunrises and sunsets to watch, long walks to be had, spaces to explore, nourishing meals to cook, books to read, poems to write, scenes to sketch and feelings to feel.
