It may not officially be summer yet, but the heat has reached SC and I am trying to avoid heating up my kitchen. I've got 2 Crockpots and I'm putting them to good use this summer. Come along today as we make a dinner, a side dish, and a dessert - all using slow cookers so we don't have to turn on the oven! We're even making some homemade ice cream. I hope you enjoy!
