ASA Executive Director Ron Wasserstein checks in from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas—his undergraduate alma mater and a place he proudly called home for 23 years while he served as a mathematics and statistics department faculty member and administrator. Ron returned to campus to be recognized with the Washburn Alumni Fellow Award, an honor made even more meaningful by the chance to speak with students and faculty about his favorite subjects: probability and statistics.
