HitokageProduction | Stationary Isometric Workout Exercises in Nature @Hitokage | Uploaded 2 months ago | Updated 4 hours ago
From time to time I upload some training videos like this. This time, I decided to share some stationary isometric exercises in which the body is relatively still but the muscles are statically contracted. Some examples are plank, handstand, human flag, holding in the middle of a push up or pull up, etc. I sometimes train such things as additional exercises for my karate practice to keep my muscles fit. And of course, my favorite gym is the forest! As usual, I wanted to share these tips for interesting exercises so that someone might get inspired or motivated to try them as well. I also use the footage to watch myself and focus on fixing visible mistakes. Oh and if you think that I did some exercises for a short time because I couldn't hold them longer...then you're right :D.
This video is not a tutorial and I am not an expert. Just sharing the way I exercise for fun.
