Republican State Sen. Glen Sturtevant (R-Colonial Heights) said he’ll introduce legislation during next year’s General Assembly session to make Flock and similar automatic license plate reader cameras illegal in Virginia.The cameras capture images of vehicles and license plates and put them into a searchable database.
