Doing a final rush to get 38 Challenges, on the route to Delve 600 got this 515 Aul.
This took me a few tries. There are two issues:
1) Due to the nature of the ramp-up, my damage completely falls off between his invulnerability phases.
2) The +ES is so high that it means that if I can't deal 300m damage in the vulnerability phases I can effectively never beat him. This is bad for a ramp-up build since the vulnerability period is very short: 22/23/24s windows depending on the skills he casts. So this requires an average of 13m DPS just to cover the ES against a boss with +Phys Dmg Reduction and an HP so high that typical DPS calculations based on max Scorch/Brittle against Uber Bosses do not apply.

If you get to Aul's post-add phase, he will then enter a cycle of between 22 and 24 seconds between Otemba and Zem Zamarr casts. Notice that you can't luck out with a late Zem Zamarr cast - he will not wait for the cast to finish before he goes invincible, like most bosses (hence how I killed Uber Searing Exarch in 24 seconds, I waited for his Annihilation casts because he can't change phases or get invulnerable mid cast). He will go invincible, finish casting for however long it takes, then to Zem Zamarr.

At the end I could have still gone for Nature's Patience + Replica Abyssus for extra damage but thankfully I did not need, I instead rushed down on him after add phase trying to keep the baseline stacks that I had.
