I used to think that more would make my life easier—more stuff, more options, more commitments. But in reality, all it did was keep me in survival mode. The real secret? Less. Less stuff, fewer distractions, more focus. Wanting less stuff makes you feel like you have it all. I've been a minimalist for close to 10 years, but I have to start over.
