Have you ever looked around and felt like everyone else was moving forward while you were starting over?
Lately, I've been reflecting on what it means to feel "behind." I scroll through social media and see engagements, houses, babies, promotions, and friends building lives that seem so stable. Meanwhile, after years of living abroad, moving between countries, and constantly rebuilding, I've found myself wondering if I'm somehow falling behind.
In this video, I open up about the pressure of turning 30, comparison, and why living an unconventional life comes with tradeoffs that people don't always see. I also share how moving to Italy changed what I value, why I've started craving stability after years of adventure, and how I'm learning to stop measuring my life against someone else's timeline.
