This is my first video talking about my weight loss journey that I have just begun! I have been saying for years that I wanted to get fit, and started several times and failed. But, this time it's different, I WANT it to be different. If you guys need some weight loss motivation or just motivation to get in better shape overall, I hope I am able to help in some way with these videos. Make sure to leave a weight loss update in the comments when you have one, and share your victories and struggles with me! Getting in shape with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) isn't going to be easy.
