To give response to the limitations regarding the communication and monitoring of aircraft in oceanic or remote areas without coverage, Startical will launch a constellation of over 200 Low-Earth Orbit satellites, which will facilitate the aircraft's surveillance services and voice and data communication over VHF radio between controllers and pilots.
