(English below) Gameplay probando las primeras misiones de Starship Troopers, juego desarrollado por Strangelite Studio lanzado en 2005 para PC, el cual es una adaptación a videojuego de la película del mismo nombre de 1998. El juego sigue eventos de la película, y tendremos que cumplir misiones con un denominador común: matar montones de bichos gigantes.
El juego no es gran cosa, pero puede ser interesante para los fans de la película (yo no soy uno de ellos, nunca me gustó demasiado, pero tenía curiosidad por probar este juego). El principal problema que le veo es que ya en las primeras misiones se vuleve muy monótono matar tanto bicho, además los grandes tardan una enternidad en caer.
Lo juego en Windows 11, y funciona sin problemas aplicándole algunos arreglos. En este gameplay lo muestro a 4K y 60 fps. En cierta web de abandonware muy conocida se puede descargar una versión ya preparada (el juego lo es, pues ya no se vende).
Nota: entre las misiones se intercalan cinemáticas que son escenas extraídas directamente de la película, por lo que he tenido que saltarlas por temas de copyright.

Gameplay trying the first missions of Starship Troopers, a game developed by Strangelite Studio released in 2005 for PC, which is a videogame adaptation of the 1998 movie of the same name. The game follows events from the movie, and we will have to complete missions with a common denominator: kill lots of giant bugs.
The game is not very good, but it can be interesting for fans of the movie (I'm not one of them, I never liked it too much, but I was curious to try this game). The main problem I see is that already in the first missions it becomes very monotonous to kill so many bugs, and the big ones take forever to fall.
I play it in Windows 11, and it works without problems applying some fixes. In this gameplay I show it at 4K and 60 fps. In a certain well known abandonware website you can download a ready-made version (the game is not sold anymore).
Note: between the missions are interspersed cinematics that are scenes taken directly from the movie, so I had to skip them for copyright issues.
