Overclocked to 12.5 MHz. You can see a little improvement, but the game can still be quite laggy at times.
Cooling the SuperFX might seem silly, but the game would actually crash after about 30 minutes. The chip would get very hot to the touch. Cooling the chip was accomplished with a sheet of aluminum, which was cut to attach to the surface of the SuperFX. Arctic Silver was applied, and epoxy keeps the spreader in place. Anti-static foam is used to apply a small amount of pressure on the spreader when the cartridge is assembled, assisting with heat transfer.
