This method allows you to skip the Ask About Moara in Cydonia objective in The Old Neighborhood and go straight to the Nova Galactic Staryard on Luna to get Moara's data slate directly.

Once you are in the Sol System at Mars, open up the map menu and hover over the Earth's moon, Luna. Move the cursor slightly off the Luna's icon to select the Nova Galactic Staryard. Select the staryard to fast travel to that location.
