It's been a while to say the least, last month was filled with countless attempts some good some bad. It was a bitter sweat ending to the grind with not the best pace I've had going into the few last split, but hey it Pb'ed. A 2:40:xx is technically possible and was beaten with the new game-time timing method but I'm not going for it anytime soon. From here I'll be working on a new marriage% time due to the new game-time timing method.
~Animation canceling is how I'm swinging my tools so fast, it's a 3 key combination of "r" + "r-shift" + "del" after every tool swing(animation) to reset my player back to the default state allowing me to swing again sooner. The speedrunning community doesn't see this as a glitch due to it being hard coded into the game and the key inputs are doing exactly as it was designed to do. There are glitches that can be cause by this which are banned but not the act of animation canceling is not.

1.4 dropped a little over a month ago and with it came a new hard bundle. I have very little expectation on how low we would be able to get this category with some of the needed Items. All I can say is that it took less time than I thought to hit sub 4 hours. It is by no means a perfect run but with the amount of RNG required for it its he closest I will get without relying on the traveling cart. The major time lose was to summer fish primarily the tuna and some bad pathing. Over all Im extremely happy with this run and will be taking a break from this category until sometime new is found.
