Starbucks launched its 2026 fall menu nationwide on August 25, 2026, featuring a mix of iconic returning favorites and brand-new beverages and bakery items.

New Drinks

New Additions: Highlights include the Iced Pumpkin Cream Shaken Espresso, Iced Pumpkin Cream Matcha, Pumpkin Spice Chai, Iced Banana Bread Latte & Iced Banana Bread Chai, and the Iced Chaider, which combine traditional fall spices with creative new flavor profiles.

Returning Favorites

Classics & Lineups: Fan favorites return alongside the signature Pumpkin Spice Latte (PSL), Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai, the pecan-flavored beverage lineup, and the Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino®
