so uh... that finale... I don't think I've watched something so intense/emotional/traumatic since the merlin finale AND THIS IS ONLY SEASON 2! I'm scared for s3 now
I'm sorry my editing in this is really awful.... I just needed to edit something
I wanted the video to focus on Kanan, Ezra and Ahsoka since they were the focus of the finale, so they each have a little section in this video where I tried to parallel things from the finale with things that happened in the past. Kanan's part especially goes for that. Ezra's is more of a Kanan vs Maul parallel type thing and Ahsoka's is kind of a 'what we had' vs 'what we have now'.

I'm so devastated about what happened to Kanan. Like I know it's not the end of the world because he's a Jedi and he can 'see' using the Force but I am just so sad. Like he's never gonna be able to see Sabine's artwork again, he's not gonna see the kids grow up, *cough*he'snotgonnaseeezra'seyesgoyellowwhenhegoesdark*cough*, he's never gonna be able to look into Hera's eyes again I AM SO EMOTIONAL I HATE THIS SHOW. Honestly once I realised that Maul did actually get Kanan's face and he wasn't just blinded temporarily by the lightsaber coming close to his eyes (my wishful thinking tbh), I just started sobbing every time I saw him after that. Not even kidding, it was that weird hyperventilating type sobbing with my hand over my mouth because fUCKkkk
You've probably figured out by now that Ezra is my fave, but honestly Kanan comes very very close. He's been through so much shit in his life please just let him be happy and safe and i am gonna fuckin murder maul okay anyone wanna help
Pro tip: if you're editing with the scene where Maul attacks Kanan and you're kinda ick!! about Kanan getting his face gauged, don't fucking go through it frame by frame.... I know it's just a cartoon but haha god, the eye area is just off limits for me so I was like !!!! nope !!! i can't !!!! look at this !!!!
Hhhh what else... oh yeah VADER'S MASK GETTING GAUGED AND ANAKIN'S FACE SHOWING! oh my god I screamed. This show is so amazing and emotional and oh god did you know at the halfway point through the finale i was stupid enough to go 'oh this is going fine nothing bad is going to happen'.. haha fucking hell alex
oml sorry for swearing so much i'm still really emotional about it
& I guess we'd better touch on ezra eh? His ending was certainly ominous.. Maul did say that to open a sith holocron you either need to be a sith or think like one & well, ezra certainly ain't a sith... :))) oh but HIS LIGHTSABER! I AM SO MAD I LOVED THAT THING IT WAS MY FAVE

Sooooo, second Ezra video in a row, I apologise. But oh my god, Im just SO EXCITED for the finale. Season 2 has been so good so far and Im pretty sure the end of it is going to kill me.
Anyway, this video focuses on Ezras temptation with the dark side because Im pretty sure were gonna see some more of it in the finale (yassss (but also nooooo)). So yeah, have some foreboding shit to get you prepped for the end of S2 (which is still like 3 weeks away but whatever).
It was weird making this video because I pretty much never use instrumental music... it was kinda fun tho.
Voiceovers:
