This guide explains what the Holotracker is, when and how you get it in Star Wars Outlaws and where to find the marked location on Toashara.

Once you complete the main story quests on Toshara and have met ND-5 back on your ship, you can find the Holotracker near the Blaster worktable and side door showing a specific location on Toshara.
The Holotracker displays a specific landmark on your current planet. It's basically a pirate's treasure map and X marks the spot. It only contains a single hologram at first, and that holo shows you a place on Toshara.
The location depicted by the holo is near a homestead behind Typhon's Rock in the Lost Steppe region. Nearby, you'll find Jaunta's Hope (NW), Pyke Territory (SW), and the Shipjacker Workshop (E).
