Once you receive the Holotracker from the Trailblazer, you can seek out Jet Kordo's vaults as part of the Jet Kordo's Legacy questline. You'll need to discover intel to locate the holodisc. Once you receive that, find the vault area and use the holotracker to locate the signal. You will receive three pieces from the Scoundrel Gear set as rewards for some of them.
