Episode: "Coming of Age"
The Enterprise arrives at the Earth colony Relva VII to give Wesley Crusher an opportunity to undertake his entrance exam for Starfleet Academy. The Enterprise also receives a visit from an old friend of Captain Picard, Admiral Gregory Quinn; shortly upon his arrival however it's apparent that Quinn has more business on his mind than pleasure as he is accompanied by Commander Dexter Remmick from the Inspector General's office so that he can perform an intrusive investigation of corrupt behaviour aboard the Enterprise.
Commander Remmick has been acting the dick to many of the senior staff throughout this episode; here we see just what it is about the Enterprise and her crew that he has discovered.
