Star Trek actor George Takei gave a panel at Awesome Con 2026 to talk about his epic roles, his philosophy on life, his career, and to answer fan questions.

George Takei was Sulu in Star Trek: The Original Series, the Animated Series, the Movies, Video Games, and even episodes of Voyager and Lower Decks. He has also had roles in Avatar: The Last Airbender, The Neighbors, Space Milkshake, True Justice, Blue Eye Samurai, Pound Puppies, Resident Alien, Space Cases, Futurama, The Terror, Transformers Prime, Supah Ninjas, Archer, Heroes, Kim Possible, and Batman Beyond. He is also a social activist and brings attention to the internment of Japanese-American families during World War II.
