Before, the only way to skip the Ultra Block was to use a checkpoint displacement glitch by activating a checkpoint in B2 and getting here, which puts you past the block. However, almost all of OW2 is locked by a Super Block, so getting to B2 wasn't a option.
From what i could understand of this clip, Mario and the bully needs to be close to the exact Z coordinate for this to work, which is why i do so many ledgegrabs to align Mario's right feet with black line on the brick wall.
It's also necessary to wait for the bully to stop moving completely. Even it if doesn't look like it, it's position is still changing. Waiting for about 15 seconds is good enough, but the position will always be some degrees off every time, so even if you do everything right, it can still not work.
