Dr. Claw is stealing celebrities’ star power using his Defamerizer device, which harvests celebrities’ sweat. With their collective star power, he’ll have the charm to take over the world…and convince people to buy his All-Natural Claw Polish. He sends Talon to harvest the last remaining star, Tag Shrapnel. Quimby sends Gadget to protect Tag from MAD as he films his latest movie. Penny’s not impressed. She’s not interested in celebrities or being star struck. While defending Tag, Penny spots Talon and realizes who’s behind the scheme. Gadget and Brain are closer to the set, and when Gadget accidentally pushes Brain into a scene, the director casts Brain in the movie. Talon and Penny battle for dominance, but Talon gets the upper hand when he sprays himself with a dose of the collected celebrity sweat in the Defamerizer, which cuts through Penny’s disinterest and causes her to fangirl over him! Penny, controlled by the Defamerizer, steals Tag’s star power. However, she manages to spray Talon with all of the Defamerizer sweat. Talon is mobbed by new fans, including Gadget. Gadget rushes Talon and accidentally pummels him, sending him flying and saving the day! // North and South Guatamazil are once again having peace talks, joined by Bling Bling the social media star panda, whose selfies and charm could solve the Guatamazilian conflict. Dr. Claw sends Talon, disguised as Bling Bling, to kidnap the Guatamazilian leaders and cause all-out war between the two countries. When HQ gets word of Claw’s plan, Gadget, misunderstanding, believes MAD is going to kidnap Bling Bling, and heads to personally escort the panda to the meeting. However, he picks up the disguised Talon instead, taking Talon on a wild Gadget-style ride! Meanwhile, Penny babysits the bickering Guatamazilians…so no one is watching the real Bling Bling when MAD kidnaps him! Penny and Kayla, queen of social media, uses the panda’s many selfies to follow MAD’s trail. When they finally catch up to Bling Bling, Kayla tries to take a picture, angering Penny and giving MAD enough time to bust the rescue mission. Luckily, Bling Bling’s cuteness charms the MAD henchmen so much that Penny and Kayla can lead him to the Guatamazilians. However, Talon and Gadget are already there, Talon still in his panda disguise. He nearly succeeds in making off with the Guatamazilians, when Bling Bling falls in love with him and tries to hug him. Gadget, believing Talon’s still the real Bling Bling and is being attacked, fires his taser. He misses, hitting Talon, who drops the Guatamazilians and takes off. The Guatamazilians, terrified by their latest ordeal, make up and peace reigns once again!
