The Star Ocean series was always one of my favorite JRPG series back in the day so as you can imagine, when Star Ocean 6 was announced I was pretty hyped. With that in mind, we thought it would be a good time to revisit the series and see just how well the older titles hold up all these years later, starting with the very first entry naturally. Join us as we take a deep dive retrospective look back at the original Star Ocean.

Due to the game being so technically demanding on the system, my emulator had a hard time trying to run it while simultaneously recording without it lagging in the process.
