Challenge Mode is something that puts you on a specific set of challenges and you can do them in any order, if you complete all Normal and Expert challenges you unlock logs for the Holoviewer that you couldn't get in the Main Campaign, the lore entries of Starfox,
Fourth up is Aquas, these challenges are manageable but others will really put you in danger.
