The Multi-Purpose Repair Ship, aka MPRS “Hellas”, was designed by engineers of the Free Worlds of Eridan to replace the obsolete Raptor-type engineering frigates. Named after the destroyed capital city, the MPRS “Hellas” is an adaptation of the New Empire’s experience with the “Bark-2”. The original blueprints for the modified hull used during the First War for the Bartle Sector were discovered on one of the abandoned Direktorium bases during a scientific expedition.
