A standoff ended Thursday morning in Sacramento County with a woman detained. Homicide detectives are on scene, but it's unclear why. The standoff happened at a home on Fredric Avenue, near South Watt Avenue and Kiefer Boulevard. Sacramento County deputies have not said how or why the standoff started. KCRA 3's Melanie Wingo witnessed a woman being taken into custody around 4:15 a.m. and placed into a law enforcement patrol vehicle.
