After taking a certain route through the game, you can find Malachite base locked from the inside, effectively taking out a highly useful fast travel point. This patch fixes it, but strangely doesn't open the upper door by the bed which used to be open.

Fixed an issue where Malachite Hub could get locked for Players on Spark Branch after completing Visions of Truth mission.
