A showcase video of the three different WADs in this SRB2K mod of Nei from Segas Phantasy Star 2.
The WADs:-
KC_NEI_CUST - Clothes and hair are affected by chosen color palette.
KC_NEI_FIRST - CUST but with blue-ish skin to better resemble Neifirst (Color palette Blueberry is recommended and should be the default)
KC_NEI_NORM - The original colors this sprite was drawn with, only the kart color will change with the color palette.
