Liberalio Body as expected, required a lot of powerups and team comp experimentations before I could clear it.
Two things define this stage - high DEF boss and QTE/AoE attacks that instant wipe your team. So, you need a targeted team with water-type Nikkes that can deal enough damage to break those red circles. And for the second phase QTE, I found that you really need an assault rifle Nikke to clear the QTE - where my newly minted treasure Phantom came to the rescue.
