Bought a Stadler Form Albert in The Netherlands from Bol.com in January 2018. This is a view facing down from the top showing a metal fan wheel of some sort that's spinning and oscillating due to apparently being unevenly shaped or installed.
It's not audible here but sometimes there's a loud (2x louder than the fan at power setting #3) high frequency metal grinding noise which to me sounds like this wheel is grinding up against something else.
