When the recent change was made to prevent constructions from going through deployables, floors going through Tool Cupboards was effected as well. In order to maintain stability, my good friend DosiaTheGod has found that floor frames and floor grills will still place. For those of you who used this build method in your bases, this fix may end up helping you.
