On an overcast evening, Canadian National Railway locomotives 2819 (ES44AC Gevo), 8103 (ex EMDX EMD SD70ACe), and 3275 (Tier 4 ET44AC Gevo) power a long intermodal stacktrain CN 121 (Halifax, NS Pace Yard to Toronto, ON BIT) slowly hauling ahead at Birch Cove, NS while they finish building it's train at the nearby CN Pace Yard in the Rockingham area of Halifax. CN 121 will be 112 cars (334 axles) of all intermodal containers when it's ready to depart.

Filmed at 8:12pm, Tuesday June 9, 2026 at about mile 7.1 of the CN Bedford Subdivision.
