"The Cage" is the unaired original pilot to "Star Trek," and the very first episode of Star Trek episode ever produced. It was never aired, but years later it was restored, featuring its own unique one-off title sequence.
This is my attempt to modernize the titles. I wanted to remain faithful to the original while fixing some technical problems that I consider to be "mistakes." Also, I added credits for Nimoy and Barrett because I think they deserve them.
Just for fun, I also made a version formatted for 480p 4:3 TV: youtu.be/wTuc3v9iKeY

Its been a while since I revisited this. This version has been completely re-done from the ground up. Ive learned a lot in the past few years, so Im really happy with how this turned out! This version is the one that appeared in Deep Breath and most of series 8. I can easily make some of the alternate variations, though, if there is any interest. let me know what you think.

Infinity war had an epic title card at the start and s omber one at the end. it feels appropriate that it should be the other way around for Endgame.
