The implication of transparency is that all of an organization’s actions should be scrupulous enough to bear public scrutiny.

The PCIARC 2023 Annual Summit will be on Oct 11, 2023 at 06:00 PM at the Rondo Community Library

Please excuse my tardiness, I was delayed when I noticed multiple traffic stops right before the meeting started and wanted to document and show the public that SPPD was doing a crosswalk operation, only to get threatened with interference by officer "tantrum".

It's up to the officer to either seize the opportunity to further educate a wider audience. Or as documented, throw a tantrum and threaten interference to someone that knows it isn't interference. I sincerely hope officer "tantrum" isn't often overwhelmed with the big emotions he displayed to the public. 🙄
