St. John's Coun. Tom Davis is responding, after a fellow councillor told CBC News he made inaccurate claims about childhood mental disorders and parenting. Now, Davis says his comments were misconstrued, and he's accusing his fellow councillors of character assassination. The CBC’s Darrell Roberts reports.
