This version will not be released as I've planned fixes for this for V9.7.

Changelist:
- New dsmash charge animation
- fair lasts longer
- new up b animation
- new neutral b animation
- 2 new fair sprites
- dsmash has more constant knockback
- both fair attackboxes have heavy effects
- fair sfx change
- new spin sprites
- down tilt animation has more frames
- side taunt (up taunt in Brawl) is the full animation
