What happens when you let Pichu have the ability to cancel out pretty much all his moves? You just pretend that tiers don't exist and beat the ever living crap out of Fox.
Next video, I will give a short tutorial on how to use the program "Crazy Hand" to modify characters moves in Melee to give them the ability to cancel moves just like Turbo mode in Project M. I have not seen any tutorials about this anywhere, so I figured I would do one so you guys can do stuff like this too.
