I really tried a lot of ideas for this event, but it is kinda annoying to TAS that event imo
But for now i am happy that i got sub 17 for this event and i won't do another TAS for this event in the next 8 years. hahaha
I am not even sure if Jigglypuff is the best charakter for this event. It might be possible that Game and Watch or someone else might be faster, but for now i am really too lazy to experiment :/

I dont know if this is a wolrd record speedrun so i rather dont add WR in the title. The fastest time i found as a video was a time of 478 by
Vi5th so this TAS saved only 2 frames of the RTA time. But i think by avoiding the first hit from Bowser frames could by saved. I even got it to work to avoid the hit, but afterwards he wont K.O himself.
