Still not super happy with this, will investigate TAS t3, 9-10, and pk fire slipoff 5-6. 12.8x is definitely possible with current strat though

A short challenge posed by LinksDarkArrows (LDA). Most is explained within the first 5 seconds of the video, but to reiterate, LDA was offering a $50 bounty to the first person to post a Total High Score better than his 18.99. The randomizer seed consisted of one target each across all 25 stages. I took the challenge and managed to get 18.95 in around 11-12h of playtime and win. This is the resulting (edited) compilation.
Even with just one target per stage, creativity was still required. Upon discussing with other stadium members, the tiniest optimizations were found to save every possible frame. Some strats were also completely different. I havent seen everyones strats yet, but even minute differences in a 1-target run are very interesting given the minimal options. Current Sum of Best across all players as Im writing this is 18.55.
Usually the Target Test Randomizer content I post involve 10 targets across all stages, so this was a nice change of pace.
