Edit: Ive decided to add a description as to how Ive achieved this.
Note: Claw grip is required for this strat in order to do the jump + bombpull in immediate succession.
First I recenter the controller (slightly right, and a LITTLE bit down). You can do this by holding the control stick in that position and holding X+Y+Start for a few seconds, or plug in the controller while holding the stick here. This is done because the second boomerang is thrown with a specific y-value (y = -0.62500 from my own testing, though someone can double check this). Recentering allows the controller to be pointed directly in the notch and get this angle. It may take some trial and error to set it up. To properly test it, just go to the top where the second boomerang is thrown and try recentering your controller. Then throw the boomerang (hard throw, though i dont know if it matters) and see if it hits the remaining targets (particularly the target in the box). In the odd chance I end up making the tutorial for young link, this will be explained much more in depth. The run starts with an immediate dash right followed by moving the stick to the down-left notch (similar to a moonwalk motion) and immediately doing a boomerang. This is done for 2 reasons:
1. If I just started with the rang throw w/o dashing right, I would recatch the boomerang before being able to jump back out of the way.
2. This throw is a soft rang throw, so the boomerang will also despawn quicker than a smash rang. Thus the second boomerang can come out sooner which obviously means less time.
I then jump back and start walljumping. A small detail but I dont immediately jump back as soon as I can; I do it a frame later. I believe this is because if you do it too soon, the rang wont go back to hit t2 and 3, though I havent confirmed this (although analyzing some past failed attempts, jumping too early would make me miss t2 and 3).
After walljumping, the bomb pull after the jump MUST be done the frame after jumping back in order to minimize time. The height at which you do the jump back might require some practice, and was the main bottleneck in me achieving WR. I tried to jump as soon as possible to land on the top but also didnt want to jump too early and not have enough height to land. I also wanted to be as far to the right on the top as I could to minimize the dash length I would have to do. After this, the dash-right is performed to get as close to the edge as possible, and then IMMEDIATE left+B to do a smash rang. Again, the sooner you do it the more frames you save. I then angle the stick into the notch after inputting the smash rang to get the angle I wanted in the first paragraph of this explanation. From there, throw the bomb down (down+A) as soon as you can (again, try to do it ASAP but I think theres some leniency), then just dash to shorthop, jump again, and fair. If done quick enough, you should be able to throw the bomb and hit those two targets with the fair before t10 is hit with the boomerang (which is why I mentioned there may be leniency in throwing the bomb down).
