By using a side b on the 6th and 7th targets, I can hit the flipper and use it travel more quickly than going over it and hitting the targets with nair like in the previous strat.

used a pull manipulation code for the bombs; the RNG seed needed for this run likely doesnt exist due to the events being around 1 in 302,857,440,000,000 odds (1 in 302 trillion). melee only has about 4 billion starting seeds, which means its very unlikely to make this happen organically without some kind of RNG manipulation mid-run.
