2 frame improvement! Compared to the previous TAS, this run uses a new strategy for the beginning which doesn't save time by itself, but rather allows you to hit 2nd corner sooner with the 2nd up-B. This changes the ending pattern, which allows a up-air trade that results in being 2 frames faster than with the previous strategy. It's probably possible to hit left 1 frame sooner with the 2nd up-B while still hitting 2nd corner early, which would result in 7.15, but I couldn't make it work.
