As per usual at this point this character has been a long time coming, but due to being a side project and me focusing on other stuff as well it took a while for him to get in a state where I think he is fine for a release. He started out basically on the whim for me because I wanted to make him without the need to attach Ken to him like Persona 4 Arena Ultimax did.
