Same rules from the other psas.
I'm not calling this a PMD moveset because I don't know if it has enough elements to be considered one. You decide that, I don't really care.
I know some attacks are hard to see, I animated them before getting the graphic effects and even after that I underestimated how big they had to be to get nice. That combined with my inability to use traces and that's the result.
-I didn't play PMD, I have no nostalgic feeling towards it. I've just read about it and found the story full of plot holes.
-I didn't use Celebi much because I'm against using something the base the psa on instead of the character itself. Every mon has enough moves to have its own psa. Besides, she is a huge size addition and I didn't feel like basing a moveset on something I'd have to either get rid of later or keep instead of doing my usual bazillion stuff. I got cancer animating her model, by the way.
-He has no bullet seed. Because I said so. Think it's worth mentioning this one at least since some of you may find it iconic.
-If you find his voice weird, I based it on the japanese voice. And I'm not doing an english version.
-If you join my discord to complain about anything that was previously announced there, you'll be banned on sight and muted here if I figure out who you are. You lost your chance to suggest anything long ago. Keep your complaints here, not there.
-Speaking of bazillion stuff, I didn't show everything here. And since my frog explanation video scared some weaklings, I'm not making one this time.
-Preferably don't ping me on discord because of this.
KNOWN PROBLEMS
For now, that is.
-Game crashed on sudden death once for some reason, not even sure if it was grov's fault or something. Just in case it happens. For now, I didn't find the reason.
-I had to end some throws earlier because the game also crashed for some obscure reason, the anims kinda end abruptly.
-In rare situations, the escape orb can teleport you to below ground line and you will start falling
-Side-B has problems connecting.
-Some aesthetic issues, mostly concerning visibility/readability and some lacking effects
-Picking Greni right after Grov will cause a cloak deactivation effect when the match starts because I didn't reset something properly, but shouldn't have any consequence in vBrawl. Don't ask me what will happen in pm.
-Interrupting the "putting the rose in my mouth" animation too early won't allow the attack to be triggered.
And just in case any of you didn't notice it yet after 10 psas, I don't give a tiny damn about competitivity nor if it's gonna fit in your build or not. Don't expect this to be any different from what I did so far.
