Really quick video of something I just brainstormed. Basically, the late hitbox of Fox's Up Tilt sends them straight up at hardly any distance (this is why the front hit of Up Tilt combos forever). Normally you can't use this while they're behind you but if you hit them as they're getting up, you can do!

Bear in mind that soft Nair isn't a guaranteed tech chase at this percentage, was just trying to demonstrate.
