Thanks to LightShad and Arch from the Fox Discord (and everyone else who suggested things!) for further optimising these combos!
Setup #1 (Dair from ledge)
This works at any point you get a lock as long as the Bair hits near the ledge at around 30-35. Just use Nairs to position them correctly. I think Bair to footstool kills everyone because it sends them so low but I'm not sure. Not much to say about this setup besides it's broken.
Setup #2 (Rising Dair)
You can do a lot of tricky things with Rising Dair but ideally you want them to go towards the middle platform so you can get more followups (Fair to Uair also works if they're at lower %). If you're moving to the right, your opponent will move to the left and the same vice versa. The thing is that they'll move too far away to follow up unless you weave back at the last second but not so far that they then go the wrong way. The Fair may not be true with DI, idk. This can work earlier but it's very hard and won't kill.
Setup #3 (AC Dair)
This is a zero to death - I know I started at 2% but if you do this from the ledge and get three hits, it's a zero to death. It's also probably a zero to death with rage. The opponent can tech after the Bair and after the Up Tilt but both are hard to tech and easy to tech chase and react to. The important thing is to make sure that Sheik is at 45% when you land the Up Tilt as that's the earliest % that you can force a tech on the platform. This works mostly on fastfallers but I'd recommend just thinking of the combo in different sections due to its impracticality - if you get an AC Dair, do triple Nair, if you have the chance to get an Up Tilt beneath the platform, do Dair lock and so on. Putting it all together is definitely possible, though! Follow your dreams!
You can do 89% if you land two hits on the initial Dair but that's quite a bit trickier to time for just 1%.
The important part for knowing the % ranges of this combo is knowing when Up Tilt forces a tech. For Sheik, it's at 45%. This means that we have to start the combo at 2% (1% if you can get both hits of the initial Dair) but you can start the combo later and just remove change some Nairs to FTilts. For example, if Sheik is at 8%, you could replace two Nairs with regular Forward Tilt to leave her on the correct amount of damage and make sure she can't jump out. This will obviously have different % ranges with DI, rage and staling.
I believe this is the best possible combo to get off Fox's autocancel Down Air on Battlefield. I personally put c-stick to the corner to do those fast fall Nairs as they're very tricky otherwise. I'd recommend practicing c-stick Nairs as sweetspot Nair is the highest damaging move that Fox has that locks, locking until 28% against Sheik.
You can do this combo from anywhere on Battlefield as long as the Bair into Up Tilt puts them onto the platform. You can use reverse Nair to steer them into the right place but it's just more difficult. Ideally, I'd like to work out the best possible followup off of Down Air (...and other moves) on every stage at every position but that potential video is a long way off.

So Ive been making this video for a while now and I was always operating under the name of Outfoxed 2 based on the last highlight reel I did. Suddenly, one night, I had a dream in which I was at a tournament. I had to play on stream and the commentators said - I am not making this up - Skarfelt goes up to play Starfox. Should call him SkarFox!
I woke up in the most excited mood ever and immediately rushed to tell all my friends all of whom called me an idiot. Needless to say, SkarFox was immediately chosen for the video and my only regret is that I cant use that as the name for every video ever.
I have since been informed that ScarFox is what Bobby Scar calls his Fox in Melee but like come on a DREAM came to me and told me I had to use the name so Im taking it. Hella. Yo.
