This audio recording was featured in the beginning of a 1972 Apollo Cruise on board the Statendam. This cruise was to view the launch of Apollo 17 and to discuss the future of space exploration.

Statendam (1956) was originally built as a steam ship and equipped with a steam horn on her funnel. In her later years, she was converted into a motor ship and an additional Air Horn was installed on her funnel above the original horn (as heard on Regent Star). This recording is likely her originals blowing. If anyone has more information let me know in the comments.
