Before we start, please understand the reason why Evo got to use [z] clips: They started the first day of aClanWar (which was the z clantag) and got some nice clips. They then realized that they wanted to do SS, so we compromised. We said that if they wanted to do SS and use their [z] clips, then they HAD to get their final response in a day early, because they got a day headstart with aClanWar.
